or your recirculation chiller by

not cool down sufficiently any more or start to generate strange noises we are a good choice to solve your problems. We are official service partner of these manufacturers and would be happy to assist you.
Please, keep in mind that the adsorbers of the Helium compressors have to be exchanged every 10.000 - 15.000 h (depending on the model) to avoid any fatal oil contamination of the cold head.

Cold head maintenance can usually be done on site, in most cases without breaking the vacuum above the system. This minimizes the shut-down time of your system to a few hours (unless major technical problems occur).
Alternatively, you can send us your cold head or/and compressor and we will maintain or repair them promptly and reliably.

Before a maintenance or repair of a cryo pump please download our contamination declaration form (PDF-File, 47KB) and complete and return it to us before shipping the pump.

Shipping
Cold heads and cryo pumps must be packed with great care to avoid any damage during shipping. Styrofoam pellets must not be used as packing/insulation material because the relatively heavy devices tend to "float" around in the box/crate and may be severely damaged in case the box is dropped!
Compressors and recirculation chillers should be shipped on a skid/palette to ensure an upright position. Turning over or even tipping the device may cause severe damage!
Of course, you can get all necessary consumables and spare parts for the products of our partner companies through us.
